Based on European Cohesion Policy funds and funds from financial intermediaries, we provide financing for sustainable economic growth and development, investments in innovation and current operations through debt financing in four areas: research, development and innovation, small and medium-sized enterprises, energy efficiency and urban development.

Large enterprises

Based on European Cohesion Policy funds and funds from financial intermediaries, we provide financing for sustainable economic growth and development, investments in innovation and current operations through debt financing in the areas of research, development and innovation, energy efficiency and urban development.

Municipalities and the public sector

  • Energy efficiency

Based on European Cohesion Policy funds and leverage funds, affordable long-term loans will be available to the public sector and energy service companies (ESCO) for the complete energy renovation of public buildings.

  • Urban development

Based on European Cohesion Policy funds and leverage funds, affordable long-term loans will be available for municipal projects in the area of urban development.
