RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION (RDI)

In the area of research, development and innovation (RDI), affordable loans will be available to SMEs, start-up companies and large enterprises for the purpose of financing investments, as well as portfolio guarantees.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY (EE)

In the area of energy efficiency, affordable loans will be available to the public sector and energy service companies (ESCO) for the complete energy renovation of public buildings.

URBAN DEVELOPMENT (UD)

In the area of urban development in cities, affordable loans will be available to the public sector, private-sector companies that manage public areas and buildings, etc. and to public-private partnerships for urban development projects.
